Q: Can steam cleaning damage my carpet?
A: No, most leading carpet manufacturers recommend having your carpets cleaned by the 'steam cleaning' or 'hot water extraction' method. This method is considered to be the best for removing embedded soil and other contaminants.

Q: Can pet and other odours be removed?
A: We use specially formulated products in our cleaning solution that will deal with most odours.

Q: Can stains such as tea, coffee and wine etc. be removed?
A: Some stains can be permanent depending on circumstances such as how long the stain has been down, the type of carpet fibre (a wool or wool mix carpet tends to hold onto stains more than others). We carry a wide range of specialist stain removers for maximum results and our success level of removing stains is very high.

Q: Can you give me a quote over the phone?
A: In most cases we can give you an estimate over the phone, but for an accurate quotation, we do prefer to see the cleaning requirements first.

Q: How long will it take my carpets or upholstery to dry?
A: We use the latest powerful fast dry technology to ensure your carpets are left as dry as possible.

Q: Can I have my carpets cleaned in the evening?
A: Yes, we work evenings and weekends so any cleaning can be carried out at a time that suits you.

Q: I live in a top floor flat which does not have an elevator, would you be able to clean my carpets?
A: Yes, we use the most advanced portable machinery.

Q: Are you insured?
