All light furniture to be moved and to be vacuumed. Upholstery vacuumed, also cushions lifted and cleaned underneath

Drawers and shelves to be cleared of any rubbish, newspapers, magazines etc and disposed of.

Flooring

All other floors to be washed/vacuumed using correct material

Glass

All glass(furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc.) to be cleaned

Doors & Handles

All doors, door frames doors shuts, and tops of doors to be cleaned, door handles polished

Dusting

Throughout the property including light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting, spindles and bannisters, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround and radiators, including behind radiators where accessible.

Surfaces & Floors

Wash and polish all work surfaces. Wall tiles are to be degreased, cleaned and polished. Sweep and mop floors including kickboards.

Cupboards

Clean inside all cupboards and drawers. Remove & dispose of all old food stuff, carrier bags, and general waste etc

Oven & Appliances

Clean of oven externally. Wipe and polish free-standing appliances. eg kettle, toaster and microwave.

Washing Machine & Dishwasher

Clean washing machine and dishwasher inside and out, and rubber seals & soap drawers.

Fridge

Fridge and freezer defrosted, waste food removed. Wiped inside and out.

Clean sink and taps remove lime scale and polished

Surfaces & Floors

Wash and polish all surfaces & mirrors. Wall tiles to be cleaned and polished. Floor is to be swept and moped including kickboards.

Bathroom Suite

Bath, basin, taps, and shower fittings are to be cleaned and polished.

Toilet to be de-scaled and brushed clean and seat to be cleaned.

Sink & Taps

Clean sink and taps remove lime scale and polished

Toilettries

All soap, shower gel, shampoo, makeup etc to be removed and disposed of.
